These are the final panels of my third year final project, using Victoria Tower Gardens in Westminster. For this project I wrote my own briefing document,  outlining my previous explorations of westminster and potential concepts and typologies to explore. I also presented some considerations, like the river and the materiality, and I suggested some possible sites. I decided to respond to these ideas by designing a newspaper publishing house.
